Shipping is calculated by the system based on the products weight and your destination. When you pay for the item the shipping will be added automatically.

Yes, all of our products are new in the box. We don't sell refurbished goods.

Sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. Please Email us at balcr@shaw.ca if you have a problem with your order. We will work with you and resolve the problem as soon as we can.

How can I pay for these items?
You can use PayPal our perferred payment method. If you don't have a PayPal account you may send a check or International Money Order. Please mail us at balcr@shaw.ca and indicate which items you want. We will send you the total amount to send.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to the USA, Canada and overseas. Our items are located in the USA. Destinations besides USA and Canada must Email us for shipping costs as it varies from country to country. Please include the item you are interested in and your Post/Zip, and city for a quote on the items you wish to buy.
